Reconnect. Realign. Rise

My Story

As a quiet, creative and introspective child, I was always sensitive to energy and absorbed the emotions around me, but I lacked the guidance and the safe space to understand this. I learned at an early age that being sensitive was a weakness and that in order to survive, I had to repress this and become “tough.”

Going through life masking constantly, lost and disconnected to my truth, feeling like I lacked love, I endured experiences that stripped me of my power. I was always an ambitious person who wanted to become a better version of myself. Though I externally looked confident, due to the lack of knowledge to do the inner work, I was extremely lonely, depressed, and powerless. I was always seeking love and validation from outside of me. In 2018 and 2022, I faced two spiritual awakenings that nearly led me to end my life. I realized that if I did not release these unhealthy patterns that kept looping in my life, if I kept playing small, if I kept denying who I was, and not walk the path that I was intended for, I wouldn’t survive a third awakening.

On my rediscovery and healing journey, I learned from many teachers and intuitive beings, and what I learned was that it didn’t matter how sensitive I was. If I was not able to use this sensitivity for the greater good, if I wasn’t grounded and sure of my purpose and boundaries, being sensitive didn’t mean anything. The most important thing was to use my skill set to create an impact in our world and help others who share a similar struggle.
My mission is, humbly, to be an instrument of healing—using massage, energy work, and coaching to support others in returning to their true selves and living authentically, in alignment with who they are at their core. Most importantly, I aim to inspire and encourage a deeper connection to one's own spirituality.

Inspiration

"We are all spiritual beings having a human experience and IT IS NECESSARY for all of us to embark on our spiritual paths, understanding that it will look different for each person."
