
How will we help you?
Body, mind, spirit and heart connection. I know this may sound very cliche. All the wellness businesses promote this kind of thing. I assure you, I am not using this just to use it. There is truth in realigning in these four ways to feel balanced and complete. We are all proficient in a few but not in all. The more we understand where our strengths are and where we need to put more energy into in these four areas, we will come closer to alignment with who we are, in turn, make it easier to shine our light outward.

Body
Our body is deeply important. It is the home to the part of us that is eternal: our soul. Through life, many of us come to see our bodies negatively, creating false beliefs of ourselves. Others may have violated us, causing us to dissociate. Our spirit can never truly settle-in. It is our home, and we need to feel comfortable in them, nourish them with nutritious food, move our body to continue to be mobile and strong, and most importantly, affirm that we can feel safe to be in our body.

Mind
Our mind is not who we are but simply a tool for us to utilize to express all that we are. It is good to exercise the mind to keep it sharp and smart. It is a great tool to help us achieve the tangible things: our goals, our work, our finances and more.

Spirit
The intangible part of us, our soul or our spirit, is the eternal aspect of us. It can be hard to believe if you are the kind of person that trusts what they see and require evidence. That is a perfectly valid way to see things and that is encouraged many times. I'm curious though, have you ever listened to something, a song, a speech, a podcast that hit you real deep in a place you couldn't explain? Have you done something, and feel like you've done it before? That is the soul's storage of experiences and lessons. You tap into your soul, you tap within, because there is a deep wisdom there, that you need to remember, so you don't repeat the same lessons, the same mistakes. Tap into your inner power and into a higher power source that will fuel you to express your gifts and talents into a world that desperately is in need of it. Tapping into your spirit is quite practical and is meant to help you in your day to day duties and interactions.

Heart

I have been taught that the key to developing (especially spiritually), requires us to involve the heart. The heart allows us to love and be loved, to give and receive, to be open. The heart allows us to feel joy and connection with others. The heart allows us to understand what it means to be human, to love, to cry, to fully be in the moment. It is the ability for us to love others above ourselves, to be in community and give to others authentically versus out of obligation.
Ways you can align with your heart - volunteer or give money to a charity, spend time with a loved one, participate in a healing circle, share kind words with someone, forgive someone whose hurt you, join a community event
