In this session, we are going to focus on helping you to tune into yourself. It is beginner friendly with the goal to help each and every individual to express sensuality and to connect to their feminine side.

Many times in society, we cannot sit in our softness, in the workplace, we feel like we have to mirror men, but in this session, I want to invite you to come back to yourself, to bring yourself into balance. It is to help you to understand the power when you sit in your feminine.

How it will go:

Sensual guided movements that helps you to connect to your flow, to your hips.

It will involve movements on the floor, walking, and letting loose.
