Service Description

Energy sweeping will be facilitated first before any massage Goal of this service is to focus on the six areas, head, face, neck, shoulders, feet, and arms/hands to provide relief energetically, physically and to give relaxation through massage techniques Pranic/Reiki energy healing will be infused into the session This Massage is right for you if: -You experience headaches, migraines and neck tension -Work with your hands and are on your feet a lot -Ease anxiety and stress, allowing the body to connect with the parasympathetic nervous system -Allows fight or flight mode to turn down, allowing the body to be in a state of calm and balance The Process: -Before the session, I will ask you what your intention is for the session. It could be the desire to relieve both physical or emotional pain and tension. This would help me to set the intention to help clear these energies for you. -Now in session: I will begin with a verbal opening in addition to calming compressions and glides over the sheets to prep the body for relaxation. -I will then energetically sweep the body, (no touch) to help the body be more receptive to the healing. -I will then proceed with the hands on massage, utilizing color prana to penetrate deeper into the muscles to break down adhesion and tension in the muscles. -You may feel me flick off energy from my hands, as I clean the body from any heavy or stuck energy. -Depending on the area, I may use energy healing in specific areas to better relieve the pain or tension. -I will end with a closing and cleaning of the (top of head) crown chakra.
