This service will split the energy healing and massage evenly. If you book one hour, It would be 30 mins energy healing, 30 mins massage. If you book a two hour it can go 2 ways 30 mins energy healing 90 minute massage 1 hour energy healing, 1 hour massage The goal of this service is to provide relief energetically, physically and to give relaxation through massage techniques: Pranic/Reiki energy healing will be infused into the session as needed Benefits: -Can help physical pain management -Help to ease anxiety and stress, allowing the body to connect with your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your fight or flight mode to turn down and allow your body to be in a state of calm and balance -Improve blood circulation Massage techniques such as compressions, working with the fascia, stretching, effleurage or petrissage over the clothing may be used. Areas such as under the armpits, glutes, feet may be worked on.
