Prenatal Flow Massage

Service Description

-Energy sweeping will be facilitated first before any massage. -The goal of this service is to provide relief energetically, physically and to give relaxation through massage techniques for individuals who are pregnant. -Majority of the session will be sidelined with the last portion being face up (15-30m mins) depending on duration of session. -Prenatal set up involves an incline pillow, long body pillow, and extra regular sized pillows for maximum comfort. Benefits: -Can help physical pain management -Help to ease anxiety and stress, allowing the body to connect with your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your fight or flight mode to turn down and allow your body to be in a state of calm and balance -Improve blood circulation The Process: -I will begin with a verbal opening in addition to calming compressions and glides over the sheets to prepare the body for relaxation. I will then energetically sweep the body, (no touch) to help the body be more receptive to the healing. -I will then proceed with the hands on massage, and may utilize pranic healing to penetrate deeper into the muscles to break down adhesion and tension in the muscles. -You may feel me flick off energy from my hands, as I clean the body from any heavy or stuck energy. -Depending on the area, I may use energy healing in specific areas to better relieve the pain or tension. -I will end with a verbal closing.
